From your target to meetings in your calendar.

You tell us who you want to meet. A team of sourciers reaches them under your firm's name, and you talk to the ones who are interested. Here's what happens, and what we'll ask of you.

Four steps. Two of them need you.

You're involved at the start and at the end. Everything in between is ours.

01 · You

Onboard

One working session with your lead sourcier: what you're looking for, who should hear from you, and how your firm should come across on email and LinkedIn.

02 · Us

Deploy

We assemble your team of sourciers and set up everything they need to write as part of your firm.

03 · Us

Outreach

Every working day, each sourcier contacts 15 new people on your list by email and LinkedIn, and replies to everyone who writes back.

04 · You

Meet

When someone agrees to talk, the meeting lands in your calendar with a short note on who they are and what they said.

Onboarding

It starts with one conversation with your lead sourcier, the person who runs your team and your single point of contact from then on. We'll cover:

  • What you're looking for: sectors, size, ownership, geography if it matters, and what makes a company or investor a good fit.
  • Who should hear from you: owners, investors, intermediaries, or a mix.
  • Your list, if you have one. If you don't, we can build it from your thesis.
  • How your firm should sound, and anything people should never be told.
  • How your firm is represented on email and LinkedIn: names, titles, signatures and branding. We agree it together here, so there's nothing more to review later.

What you approve

Nothing goes out under your name until you've seen it. Before launch you approve:

  • The list. Who will be contacted, and anyone to leave out: existing relationships, live processes, people you'd rather approach yourself.
  • The messages. The opening notes and follow-ups, adapted for each audience.

After launch, your lead sourcier brings you any change worth making. You don't need to review day-to-day replies.

Your team

Teams start at three sourciers. Each is a real, trained person who works only on your firm while you're a client. Each covers a part of your target: a sector, a thesis or an audience. Your lead sourcier assigns the work and reviews quality. Your team always stays at the size you chose. If a sourcier is away or moves on, we cover it, with no change for you.

You don't need to meet or manage your sourciers. Your lead sourcier is the one person you deal with, from onboarding onwards. If you want to reach more people or cover a new thesis, we add a sourcier who is already trained and set up.

The outreach

Each sourcier contacts 15 new people every working day. Each person hears from your firm a few times at most, by email and LinkedIn, and every message is easy to decline. Nobody gets a cold phone call.

Your sourciers handle every reply: answering questions, passing on "not now" with a note of when to try again, and stopping straight away when someone says no.

Your meetings

When someone agrees to talk, your sourcier books the meeting into your calendar at a time that suits both of you. With every meeting you get a short note: who they are, what they said, and anything worth knowing before you speak.

From then on, the conversation is yours. Sourciers open the door. They never negotiate, discuss terms or advise anyone.

What you see each month

A short monthly report from your lead sourcier, plus a call to go through it:

  • How many people were contacted, by sourcier and by audience
  • Replies, and what people said
  • Meetings booked
  • What's working, what we're changing, and how much of your list is left

The first month

The first month is onboarding and testing. We set everything up, try different openings with your audience and refine the messages, so the months after run at full pace on what works. Your lead sourcier will tell you honestly how it's going from the first week.

What we do

  • Recruit, train and manage your sourciers
  • Set up everything they need to write as your firm
  • Contact your list every working day
  • Handle every reply, including the "no"s
  • Book meetings into your calendar, with a note
  • Report monthly and keep improving

What you do

  • One onboarding session with your lead sourcier
