Deals and capital, from one team.
You find the deal, then you find the money, usually on your own. You want both kinds of conversation coming in, even while you're closing. A team of sourciers reaches owners and co-investors under your name, every working day.
Every deal takes all of your attention.
That's the job. It's also why the next one is so hard to find.
It stops when a deal starts.
Diligence and the raise take over, and your list sits untouched until you close or walk away.
Capital, one deal at a time.
Each deal means lining up investors again, often while you're still negotiating with the owner.
No one to hand it to.
There's no associate to keep things moving. If you don't write to someone, nobody does.
Both sides of the deal, covered.
Separate sourciers for owners and investors, each writing for the people they contact. Your lead sourcier runs both, so you see one report and one calendar.
The next deal, already in motion.
Owners who fit your thesis hear from your firm every working day, so new conversations keep arriving while you close the current one.
People to turn to when you need capital.
Family offices and co-investors who back deals like yours are in touch with you before you need them, not only after you've signed a letter of intent.
Questions sponsors ask us.
More in the FAQ.
Can one team reach owners and investors?
Yes. Separate sourciers cover each audience, so every message is written for the person receiving it. Your lead sourcier manages both sides and is your one point of contact.
Do you take a fee when a deal closes or capital is raised?
No. You pay per sourcier per month. There are no introduction fees, no success fees, and nothing tied to the capital you raise. See pricing
Who makes sure we're allowed to approach investors?
You do, for each raise. What you can say, and to whom, depends on how the deal is structured, so please confirm with your own advisers that this kind of outreach fits before we start. Sourciers only ask for a conversation. They never pitch terms, discuss an offer or give advice.
